Guy Pearce has sold his ‘semi-detached’ Melbourne home for a whopping $8.65 million.
The Australian actor, 55, got a little less for the property, which has a listed price of between $8.5 million and $9.35 million.
The star, who currently lives in Amsterdam with partner Carice van Houten, listed the home alongside Jellis Craig Port Phillip, realestate.com.au reported.
An unnamed couple reportedly bought the home late last week.
After buying the first home in Middle Park in 1995 for $361,000, Guy bought the house next door for $1.35 million in 2004, combining the two.

The redesign doubled the area of the lot to 748 square feet and allowed the Priscilla Queen of the Desert star to expand the characterful home.
The four bedroom, two bathroom, media room double fronted red brick Edwardian home was rented for $3,500 a few months ago.
However, it appears Guy has decided to sell the property outright, leaving the sale to estate agents Simon Gowling and Max Mercuri.
It comes just as the Memento actor is set to star in the ITV adaptation of Ben Macintyre’s drama series A Spy Among Friends.

The Cold War thriller is based on the true life story of infamous British Intelligence defector Kim Philby.
Guy will take on the role of Kim, whose story will be told through the lens of fellow MI6 member Nicholas Elliot, played by Damian Lewis.
Kim’s notorious career as a spy began in the early 1930s when he was recruited along with other Cambridge students by the Soviet secret service, the KGB.
Ben’s well-researched book and subsequent ITV series focus on the years following Kim’s recruitment when he infiltrated British intelligence.
