Gwyneth Paltrow has a great figure that she often flaunts in a bikini.
But the Oscar-winning actress doesn’t always want to work out, which she said Wednesday, which makes her very likable.
The Iron Man star wore a blue, makeup-free, low-cut bodysuit and her hair down when she was spotted entering her gym at home.
The 50-year-old siren looked grumpy.
“The first thing I’m going to do to feel good is exercise, although I really don’t want to,” she told the camera.
She was later seen sweating as she said she had just finished her Tracy Anderson workout, which had been “tough”.

The GOOP founder also shared that she took a poll and asked her Insta Stories if they would like a Wellness Wednesday update. And an impressive 92% of them said yes.
Brad Pitt’s ex was also spotted in a striped shirt in her kitchen as she asked if her fans wanted a WW.
This comes after she sparked angry backlash after she shared her lengthy “daily wellness routine” and revealed that her diet consists only of bone broth and veggies.
The comments were made during her interview with Dr. Will Cole for The Art of Being Well podcast in March.
She addressed a range of topics — including keyboard warriors and “conscious decoupling” — but it was her comments about her routine and diet that generated the most excitement.
Dozens of social media users rushed to challenge their definition of “wellness,” as registered dietitians also urged people to “stop listening to celebrities.”
As part of the hour-long podcast, which aired on March 12, Gwyneth was asked, “What’s your wellness routine like right now?”
Her response was edited into a 40-second clip, which was then uploaded to the podcast network’s own TikTok account.
In it, the actress says, “I eat dinner early in the evening.” I do a nice intermittent fasting.
“I usually eat something around 12 p.m. and in the morning I eat things that don’t spike my blood sugar, so I drink coffee.”

More from her Wellness Wednesday: Brad Falchuk’s wife said, “Laying in the grass and breathing makes me feel good.”

“But I really like soup for lunch.” I often eat bone broth for lunch. Try to get an hour of exercise, so I either go for a walk or I do Pilates or I do my Tracy Anderson.
“And then I dry brush and go to the sauna. So I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes and then for dinner I try to eat Paleo – meaning lots of veggies.”
She concluded, “It’s really important for me to support my detox.”
But the clip, which has been viewed more than 1.8 million times and received 13.2 thousand comments, was met with fierce backlash.
Gwyneth had started recording the podcast, still with an IV in her arm.
Acknowledging the IV, she said, “I’m really embarrassing myself here. I love an IV, I’m an early IV user.”

The actress revealed her favorites are glutathione and phosphatidylcholine, adding, “They’re pretty hard to find and they make me feel so good.”
Presenter Dr. Will Cole described the IV as “so fitting for both of us,” adding, “We’re encapsulating and injecting at the same time.”
Gwyneth and Cole have been close friends for many years.
Cole refers to himself as “Dr.” which would lead many to believe he studied medicine.
In fact, the functional medicine practitioner has a doctorate in chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences, a private school that focuses on alternative medicine.
His book Intuitive Fasting was the first to be published by Goop Press as part of the lifestyle brand’s publishing partnership with Rodale Books.
In the foreword, Gwyneth wrote, “Of all the different diets I’ve tried over the years — from macrobiotic to vegan to I’ll spare you the details” cleanses — here’s what’s worked for me: Eat intuitively.
“When I eat what feels right to me, I feel most comfortable.”
