“I met Matthew Perry at the Williamstown Theater Festival in Massachusetts in 1993. We were both there most of the summer doing plays. He was so funny, so kind and so much fun to be with. We went swimming in streams, we drank beer at the local college bar, we kissed in a field of tall grass. It was a magical summer,” she wrote on Instagram.

She then revealed that while their romance didn’t last more than a summer, they remained friends after he became famous for his role as Chandler Bing in Friends and she became a star. Hollywood.

“He had done the pilot for Friends, but it hadn’t been released yet,” she remembers. “He was nervous and hoped his chance was within his reach. This was the case. We remained friends for a while until we broke up, but I was always happy to see him when the opportunity arose. I am very sad today, like many of us. I hope Matthew is finally at peace. I really hope so.”

Although Matthew Perry has struggled with drug addiction in the past, no drugs were found at the crime scene and there is no evidence that crime was involved.
