Paltrow’s viral court battle saw her attorney read testimonies from Moses and her 18-year-old daughter Apple that supported her mother’s version of events during the 2016 collision with retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, 76.

Moses Martin’s court testimony:

“I saw my mother and a person behind her who had fallen,” his statement read, which was also read by legal teams.

“I stood around (and) realized it was my mum – as I drove over I heard my mum yell at the guy. She said something along the lines of “what the hell”.

“I think she was lying on the floor.”

When asked if his mother got up after the collision, Moses replied, “Yes, but not for a while…two minutes.”

Moses added that his instructor, Eric Christiansen, was “not at all” angry and “did not yell” as previously claimed during the trial.

When asked why he remembered this, Moses replied, “Because I remember he addressed the situation very calmly.

“He was trying to figure out what was going on and how he could help people … He was trying to get everyone out of the situation safely.”

The resort where she allegedly hit Sanderson was “covering up her bad behavior” because of her celebrity, the case alleged.

Sanderson’s attorneys – who were trying to sue Paltrow for $300,000 – accused Utah’s Deer Valley Resort of giving in to the actress because she was a “big spender” who squandered $8,980 on ski lessons for her children.

They claimed in court that the resort gave their punch to Mr Sanderson a “wink and nod” by saying in a report from the scene of the accident it was his fault.

The allegations were denied by a Deer Valley manager and the ski instructor who was first on site.

The retired optometrist claimed he suffered four broken ribs and a permanent brain injury that dramatically changed his personality for the worse.

Moses, who was nine at the time of the incident, said he remembered seeing his mother on the floor “for a while” and hearing her verbally abuse Mr Sanderson.
