Terry Sanderson’s lawyer has claimed Gwyneth Paltrow is “concerned” about the way the trial is going.
In court Thursday, Sanderon’s attorney Robert Sykes slapped the star’s legal team for asking his daughter about allegations by another daughter that her father was abusive.

Gwyneth Paltrow causing a ski collision is the most likely scenario, a US court has said
Gwyneth Paltrow colliding with a man from behind and falling on top of him on a ski slope is the “only scenario” that would explain his injuries, a US court has heard.
Terry Sanderson provided the Oscar winner with “a pillow” during the 2016 incident at Utah’s Deer Valley Resort, jurors are told.
The retired optometrist is suing Ms Paltrow over the accident, which left him with multiple broken ribs and a severe concussion.
Ms Paltrow has denied the allegation and is suing Mr Sanderson alleging he caused the collision.
Both are scheduled to testify in court on Friday.
On Thursday, the jury heard testimony from Dr. Richard Boehne, who said Mr Sanderson’s injuries could only have been caused by a blow from behind.

Before the accident, Terry Sanderson was a “fun-loving, sociable visitor,” says the jury’s daughter
Ms Sanderson-Grasham said her father was a “fun-loving, sociable” man before the incident and described him as a “goer” and “really positive influencer” as well as an experienced skier.
But she said seeing him at her own daughter’s graduation around three months after the skiing accident was like a “slap in the face”.
“I felt like ‘wow’. There was a moment where I almost expected drool to come out of his mouth,” she said.
“He wasn’t engaged to anyone … that was my first slap in the face that something is terribly wrong.”
She added that her father now “can’t see the wood for the trees” and is “in the little things” of things.
“He’s easily frustrated, he gets agitated, angry — I had no recollection of him being an angry person, but he’s got a pretty short fuse these days,” she said.
“I think he’s just a little bit more cautious, not as confident – he’s in a really negative place and that’s hard for me as his daughter.”
Ms Sanderson-Grasham later became emotional, telling the court: “I hope that (my father) moves on. I hope we can get this very strange chapter behind us.
“We don’t always choose the doors we go through, but we can choose how we go through them. We have a lot of healing to do.”

A neuropsychologist testifying for a man who sued Gwyneth Paltrow over a skiing accident in 2016 has fought back defense claims that he was “exaggerating his injuries.”
Mrs. Paltrow is managed by retired optometrist Dr. Terry Sanderson, 76, who claims she met him on the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain at Deer Valley Resort on February 26, 2016.
Mr Scanderson, who is seeking $300,000 in damages, says he suffered serious brain injuries that left him with “permanent traumatic brain injuries, four broken ribs, pain, suffering, loss of zest for life, emotional distress and disfigurement”.
On the third day of the trial in Park City, Utah, psychoneurologist Dr. Alina Fong responded to the defense’s claims that Mr Sanderson exaggerated his symptoms to take advantage of Ms Paltrow’s celebrity status and wealth.
dr Fong, who opened a clinic in Boston in partnership with Tom Brady, diagnosed Mr. Sanderson with PCS (persistent post-concussive symptoms), which she said began after the accident.
