Take the camera out of her face.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s attorney complained that a camera was pointed directly at her during her skiing accident trial on Wednesday and claimed reporters had repeatedly violated courtroom etiquette.
Speaking in court in Park City, Utah on Wednesday, Steve Owens and Paltrow, 50, and Paltrow were visibly upset when they spotted a video camera pointed directly at the Oscar winner.
Owens made his complaint to Judge Kent Holmberg before the jury came in, saying it was a repeat violation of rules agreed upon before the trial began.
“Your Honor, we have a new camera aimed squarely at my client on the right,” Owens said, pointing to a camera said the AP was repairing.
“That was a problem, for example reporters walking out in front of my client’s car yesterday. Cameras in her face.”
Owens asked the court to advise him and his client on whether further changes would be made to the cameras in the room to prevent Paltrow from being shown unnecessarily, as the court agreed that the cameras would remain on whoever was speaking .
“I don’t want any changes without reporters telling you,” Owens told Holmberg.

The judge said he will look into the matter and he “recognizes it as a problem” as he also reminded reporters that they are not allowed to block Paltrow’s path in or out of court, as Owens am had claimed the day before.
While her defense did all the talking, Paltrow sat quietly in the courtroom wearing a cream button-down sweater, brown corduroy pants and her hair tied back as she sipped green juice.
dr Terry Sanderson, 76, who is suing Paltrow for allegedly colliding with him on a Utah ski slope in February 2016, appeared to dodge cameras when he was spotted entering and exiting the courtroom on Wednesday.
dr Wendell Gibby testified that Sanders was struck in the collision and was no longer able to enjoy wine tasting or spend time with loved ones. AP Terry Sanderson suffered four broken ribs and a concussion in the collision.
It is not uncommon for plaintiffs to be absent from the courtroom during civil proceedings.
Sanderson is seeking $300,000 in damages for alleged negligence on the part of Paltrow, with the actress filing a counterclaim seeking him to pay her $1 in damages and the optometrist to pay her attorneys’ fees.
On Wednesday morning, Dr. Wendell Gibby, a neuroradiology specialist at the University of California, San Diego, said Sanders suffered a severe blow in the collision and is no longer able to enjoy wine tasting or spend time with loved ones.
Gibby added that after the crash, Sanderson’s relationships with his children, grandchildren and girlfriend all suffered from his alleged cognitive abilities alteration.
