Halle Berry has finalized her divorce from Olivier Martinez.
The ‘John Wick: Chapter 3’ actress split from the unfaithful actor seven years ago after just three years of marriage – both are 57 years old.
They had a marriage contract, but many problems remained.
According to TMZ, the stars had “some unresolved custody and child support issues” regarding their now nine-year-old son Maceo, which resulted in the case being adjourned in court.
Now the ex-partners have agreed to a formal custody and alimony agreement.
The Oscar-winning star now has “joint legal and physical custody of Maceo,” the website claimed after viewing Los Angeles court documents.
And she has to pay Olivier a whopping $8,000 a month, plus expenses for Maceo’s health insurance, therapy and school.

Halle will have custody of Maceo from Monday to Wednesday and Olivier will get him from Wednesday to Friday, the website claimed.
Changes will be made in the event of school closures.
The couple will take turns taking custody of Maceo on the weekends, TMZ added.
And she has to write a hefty check every month to support Maceo.
Halle has to pay Olivier $8,000 a month, it said. She will also write a check for an additional 4.3 percent of any earnings she receives over $2 million, the site added.
And there are a few other expenses as well.
Halle also has to pay for Maceo’s private school fees and all his other activities, such as his football expenses.
And Berry will foot the bill for Maceo’s health and dental insurance, as well as any additional expenses.
The beauty will also pay for any of her son’s therapy sessions. The website claimed that this would cover his own appointments and any consultations he has with other family members.

Halle and her daughter, Nahla, who she had with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, can attend the family gatherings, the website says.
It has also been claimed that Halle’s most recent boyfriend, musician Van Hunt, is not included in any therapy.
The legal documents were filed in LA County Superior Court this month. This officially settled the “remaining open questions” on these issues, the website claimed.
Martinez met Halle on the set of Dark Tide, which was filmed in South Africa in 2010, the same year she and Aubry announced their split.
Things moved quickly for the glamorous couple, who confirmed their engagement in March 2012 and wed just a year later, on July 13, 2013, in France.
In October of that year, three months after tying the knot, they gave birth to a son, Maceo.
This is the third failed marriage for Halle, who was married twice before marrying Martinez – she never married Aubry despite having a child with him.
In a joint statement, Halle and Martinez announced, “It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to divorce.”
