Hallie Biden received a $3 million cash cut from China sent through a Hunter employee, according to subpoenaed bank documents released by Republicans.
Beau Biden’s widow was identified Thursday as the third member of the first family implicated in Rep. James Comer’s investigation into allegations they used their names to profit from business deals around the world.
In a memo, Hallie received $35,000 in two wire transfers from Biden family associate John “Rob” Walker in March after receiving a $3 million wire transfer from Chinese State Energy HK Limited, a company related to CEFC China Energy.

Walker then split $1.3 million with four members of the Biden family – including Hallie – and the company of another businessman linked to the family, James Gilliar.
Hunter Biden and Joe’s brother Jim were the others who received part of the money.
Hallie, who had dinner with Joe in Delaware on Friday, was married to Beau until his death from cancer in 2015 and then had a relationship with Hunter from March 2017 to 2019.
The bombshell memo shows Republicans are expanding their investigation into whether the Biden family used their names to profit from ventures around the world.
The GOP is also investigating what services, if any, Walker or family members provided to receive the money from China.
In the memo obtained by , Comer asked “why Hallie Biden – who publicly works as a school counselor – received money from Rob Walker, the account holder who received the initial deposit from the Chinese firm.
He also shot at senior member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), who accused him of operating a “dragnet” for personal financial information on Walker, a former Hunter employee also run by John R. Walker have.
“Ranking Member Jamie Raskin mischaracterized the substance of the bank records by referring to payments related to Mr. Walker’s various purchases such as ‘Papa John’s’ and ‘Coffee at Starbucks,'” he wrote, citing a sensitive memo from Raskin, in which the investigation was branded as purely political.
‘Rep. Raskin omitted key facts that in March 2017, less than two months after Vice President Joe Biden left public office, Robinson Walker, LLC received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese company, and that Mr. Walker then via transferred $1 million to various bank accounts linked to the Bidens in the months that followed,” he wrote.
The White House has repeatedly denied President Biden knowledge of the family members’ business dealings. He continues to meet frequently with family members, traveling to the West Coast this week with Natalie Biden – Hallie and Beau’s daughter – and dining at Hallie Biden’s Delaware home last week, according to a poolside report obtained by a reporter traveling with the president was submitted.
The transactions Comer cited are from 2017, after Beau’s death, when Hallie Biden and Hunter Biden were romantically involved.

“After the Chinese company Robinson Walker, LLC wired the $3 million, the Biden family received approximately $1,065,692 in various bank accounts over a three-month period. Remarkably, on March 2, 2017, EEIG, James Gilliar’s affiliate, received almost exactly the same amount – $1,065,000.
has reached out to the White House for comment on Comer’s revelations, which follow a string of appearances on Fox News.
Comer says he issued the subpoena on February 27. He writes that she was seeking “legislative solutions,” a statement reminiscent of the court battle over Democrats’ efforts to hijack tax information on President Donald Trump. They argued before the judge that it was part of their legislative purpose, and the Treasury Department approved Monday’s request.
James Comer said a “new name” emerged during his committee’s investigation and the person was “a Biden.”
The documents will be viewed “in camera” at the Treasury Department instead of being handed over to the committee
