A Hawaiian couple have dropped their request for a restraining order against actor Ezra Miller, known for playing the Flash in Justice League films and allegedly molesting patrons at a karaoke bar in a Big Island town last month to have.

According to court documents, a judge dismissed the restraining order case Monday after the couple requested it.

William Dean, an attorney representing the couple, on Tuesday declined to comment on why his clients do not want to pursue the petition, which accused Miller of barging into her bedroom and storming her in Hilo, the same city , in which Miller was arrested for threatening.

In another case, a judge on Tuesday granted a request by Miller’s attorney, Francis Alcain, to extend a hearing into an alleged traffic violation for Miller in Hilo on the 26th for a settlement in the two outstanding cases. Alcain did not provide details of the potential agreement. A hearing in the arrest case is also scheduled for April 26.

In the traffic case against Miller, police were called to a March 19 argument in downtown Hilo, where Miller “was uncooperative and refused to leave the area and continued to block the sidewalk,” said Hawaii Deputy Police Chief Kenneth Quiocho , on Tuesday. Miller was subpoenaed for obstructing a freeway, Quiocho said.

On March 27, police were called to the village of Margarita, Hilo, where they said Miller yelled obscenities, grabbed the microphone from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts.

Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.

The day after Miller was released on $500 bail, the couple filed for a restraining order.
