The broadcaster clearly died yesterday at the age of 78.
The end of his long career was depressing.
Due to an extremely unfortunate comment on Palmeiras manager Abel Ferreira in March 2022.
Paulo Roberto made a mistake.

He joined Transamerica Radio in 2010.
He won the 2015 Aceesp Award for Best Commentator.
Paulo Roberto publicly apologized to Abel Ferreira.
“I apologize for the words I addressed to Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras coach Abel Ferreira. At no point did I want to offend the institution and the coach. to UOL.
The commentator was ordered by lawyers to apologize if Abel changed his mind and to sue him.
Apologies had no bearing on his profession.
Paulo Roberto was eventually targeted by the mainstream media.
