Dashcam footage published by Humberside Police shows a Ford Fiesta started at full speedwhile blatantly unpredictable between lanes, previously crashed into a truck from 32 tons. The force of the impact threw the truck off the roadway. A police officer’s car was also involved after Clark’s vehicle bounced off the back of the truck.
Fearing that the 19-year-old’s vehicle could catch fire, authorities “are risking their lives to recover it and provide first aid,” a police spokesman said. Clark issued four days in a coma after the accident. The driver of the truck escaped with minor injuries.

“Clark was then driving at speeds in excess of 100mph on the ramp to Barnetby Top and collided with the rear of one 32 ton truck also running down the driveway,” explained Humberside Police’s Sean Hutchinson.
Judge John Thackray KC sentenced the boy to a 12 months imprisonmentsuspended for two years. He also banned Clark from driving for two years and ordered him to undergo several tests before he could get his driver’s license back: “You should consider yourself very lucky.” It was just “pure coincidence” that he or no one else “was killed in the chase and the crash.”
