iLe’s recent presentations in Puerto Rico have helped close artistic cycles and reconnect with his inner self to further improve his art.
In December 2021 he performed at the Coca-Cola Music Hall and this Saturday, December 9th he will do the same at the Tito Puente Amphitheater. Both presentations coincide with the Christmas season celebrations in their home country, making the reunion with their audience even more exciting.
“This time is also associated with the end of the year and in a way there is a relief because when you relax a little, you enjoy those family moments, it can be blood or chosen family… There are a lot of people I am there involved and I love it whenever I can be there with everyone. So yeah, definitely (this time) it’s something that’s helping me free myself and prepare for the transitions ahead,” the singer-songwriter said.
He emphasizes that his next concert will help him establish a closer connection with his audience and also relieve the emotional burden of the pandemic period. The space provided by the amphitheater gives the event “a freedom that I like, and I want people to feel that peace, and I do too.”
“I want to feel a harmony in the space that Anfi already has naturally, and I know that people who go there like it precisely because of that connection,” he added.

After Daddy Yankee confirmed yesterday in his last farewell concert as an urban artist that he will start a new life in Christianity…
During the meeting he will present songs from his latest album “Nacarile”, nominated for the Latin Grammy. The album includes collaborations with Ivy Queen, Natalia LaFourcade, Mon Laferte and Rodrigo Cuevas, among others. He did not disclose whether anyone could tell he was at the show.
On the other hand, Ileana Cabra Joglar, which is her first name, has no immediate plans to perform at the Puerto Rico Colosseum, as she prefers to focus on presentations in open or more intimate spaces.
Open for a meeting on Calle 13
While he continues to expand his musical career as a soloist, he does not hide his pride in the achievements of his brothers René Pérez (resident) and Eduardo Cabra (visitor). Next year will be the tenth anniversary of the breakup of the brother trio Calle 13.
However, there is no thought of a musical reunion or a new album.
“Things usually happen quite spontaneously. At least with my brothers, almost everything has been like that since Calle 13 and, well, working with them is always the moment. So that hasn’t happened yet. I really have no idea. Maybe that’s more due to René and Eduardo. It is a collective decision from them. And nothing, if they want me to be there, then of course I say yes. Whenever it’s something familiar, I hesitate because I love sharing and working with my family,” said the person then known as PG-13.

New songs
On the other hand, he continues to write a new album without any pressure.
“You have to find that moment, that inspiration, which sometimes comes in an unexpected moment, and you just have to stop everything and go in there. Or, for now, to “fix” the space a little, to go in and delve a little into what would already be a concept for an album. But yes, I’m working on songs. “I always like to continue writing to train my mind and creativity,” the 34-year-old artist shared in an interview SPOKESMAN.
