Heather Mills has decided to sell her lavish East Sussex mansion 15 years after buying the property for £3.25million in 2007.
But despite the sprawling grounds and glamorous makeover the former model has undertaken, she put it on the market for £3.5million – £250,000 more than she paid for.
The property is complete with private forest, eight bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Richard Eden can reveal the star has sold out but declined to comment on whether she has met the asking price of £3.5million.
Heather acquired the property after separating from husband Sir Paul McCartney in 2006 but only stayed on the block for four years.
After completely refurbishing the pad in 2007, the activist decided to uproot it in 2011 and put it on the rental market for £7,995 a month.
Benefit? The star has sold out but declined to comment on whether it made it to the asking price (pictured in 2019).

Heather was making just under £100,000 a year on the block and decided to sell this year, making a £250,000 profit if she hit the asking price.
She bought the house after moving out of Paul McCartney’s Blossom Wood Farm – amid a bitter divorce between the two.
Heather was paid £24.3million after the split but had reportedly demanded more than a quarter of his fortune, which was said to be around £400million at the time.

Despite an entangled slit, the couple have been awarded joint custody of daughter Beatrice, who is now 18.
After vowing never to marry again, she reportedly married her third husband, film producer Mike Dickman, late last year.
The couple reportedly met on a train journey from Kent to London in 2019 and got engaged around 18 months later.
