Heather Ray Young, who also goes by her married surname El Moussa, isn’t resting on her laurels after giving birth to her first child with Tarek El Moussa just seven weeks ago.
On Sunday, the new mom was spotted heading to a steamy yoga class near her home in Newport Beach, California, after which she returned to her parked vehicle.
The Selling Sunset star kept it casual and sporty in the fashion department, dressed in a gray tracksuit over brown underwear that included a sports bra.
She also donned a pair of furry black slippers and stylish dark sunglasses, and had her long blonde locks pulled back from her face and into a loose ponytail.
The former Playboy model appeared deeply engrossed in a phone conversation as she exited the yoga facility.

Eventually she returned to her parked Tesla with a baby on board sticker, got in and drove off, seemingly heading back home to her young son Tristan.
When she returned home, the Anaheim, California native, her husband, had posted a photo of her nursing her boy and apparently wanting a kiss.
“Sunday vibes,” read the caption of the snap, which ended up in his wife’s Instagram stories.
Young is also stepmother to her husband’s two children: daughter Taylor, 12, and son Brayden, seven, from his first marriage to Christina Haack,
There’s also a flattering image of Young sitting on a couch in a green ensemble in a promo for her home decor brand, Home By Them, which just launched.
In a social media post of his own, her husband mentioned that the company was a “dream come true” and something they’ve been “working on for years.”
Home By Them, which specializes in home wellness products such as candles and diffusers, has already built a strong social media presence on Instagram with almost 18,000 followers in just a few days.
In their first post on the Instagram page, the couple can be seen working side by side in the kitchen, writing in the caption how they’ve talked for hours since then about “creating a budget line that combines luxury and affordability.” started dating.

After launching on March 24th, they shared an update, revealing that the @homebythem website has crashed due to heavy traffic and that their DMs and inboxes have been flooded with messages from customers who had already made purchases.

El. Moussa is best known to most fans as the host of the HGTV shows Flip Or Flop (2013–2022) alongside his ex-wife Christina Hall and Flipping 101 With Tarek El Moussa (2020-present).

The duo Tarek and Heather are also the focus of new HGTV reality series Flipping El Moussas, which premiered on the network in early March.
The Oppenheim Group real estate agent gave birth to her son on January 31 and has since shared a number of pictures of the newborn on her social media platforms.
She described February as “a month of love, adjustments to motherhood, work days from home, ups and downs of breastfeeding, the best newborn cuddles, sleepless nights and lots and lots of family time.”
