With just five weeks to go, the 33-year-old actress shared a hilarious video on Instagram on Saturday, detailing what the final trimester looks like.
In one scene, Sam sneezed and then crossed her legs, suggesting she had temporarily lost bladder control – a common symptom for pregnant women.

Sam tried to get comfortable on the couch with several pillows around her stomach, only to get back up.
“Don’t be fooled by glamorous photos of flawless women smiling into the sunset and holding their baby bumps in magically flowing dresses,” she wrote in her caption.
