Heidi, whose native Germany has several nude beaches, accessorized her look with jewelry including bracelets and a long pearl pendant.
As a taste of the festive season, Heidi took to the water in an inflatable donut equipped with a large pair of antlers.
Tom joined her, floating next to her in the shallow water and taking a few photos that ended up on her Instagram page.
Eventually, the couple's affection for each other overwhelmed them and Heidi leaned over the edge of her donut to give Tom a kiss.
The two were also seen locking lips as they lay together on the sand with the steamy Caribbean sun beating down on them.
A few months ago, Heidi gave her fans a tantalizing glimpse of her enviable figure, revealing on her Insta Stories that she weighs around 138 pounds.
Heidi posted a video showing herself getting on a digital scale, with the number on the screen fluctuating between 137 and 139 pounds.
She also sheds light on the diet that helped her maintain her slim figure by eating a low-fat breakfast of poached eggs in warm chicken broth.
Earlier this year she told Red Online that as a model she once had to be disciplined about her diet but has now become “so used to it”.
The blonde bombshell explained: “There are so many options, just choose the right things. Because then you don't have the fight.”
Tom is Heidi's third husband, having tied the knot with her in 2019, five years after she divorced her previous husband Seal.
Heidi and Seal were married from 2005 to 2014 and had three biological children: Henry (18), Johan (17) and Lou (14).
Heidi's daughter Leni, 19, is now the product of her previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, but Seal also legally adopted her in 2009.
