The former Project Runway host also shares 17-year-old Henri with the British singer and model Leni, 19, with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, 73.
On Monday, bikini-clad Heidi took to her social media for a very sexy snap holding a large basket of tomatoes for the camera.
Shielding her face with a large sun hat, she appeared to deliberately flaunt her voluptuous assets and cheekily wrote, “What’s on the menu today?”
The beauty has been enjoying the luxury trip with her husband and has shared a gallery of snaps with her 11.2million followers.
Heidi, who recently celebrated her fourth wedding anniversary with the 33-year-old Tokio Hotel guitarist, has been enjoying the sunshine on the picturesque island off the coast of Italy.

Earlier Thursday, the two lovebirds had the opportunity to celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary in the romantic town of Capri.
She also shared snaps and a video celebrating the milestone on her Instagram page.
Heidi wore a plunging animal print bikini top and matching bottoms as she enjoyed a date night with Kaulitz. Not only did she show off the stunning views of the city, but she also included a clip of her giving her husband a loving kiss.
She captioned the photo series “I’m soooo in love with you Tom Kaulitz,” which means “I’m so in love with you Tom Kaulitz” in German. She also added, “Happy anniversary my darling.”

The TV personality was first linked romantically with the guitarist back in March 2018, and a few months later, in May, the pair made their red carpet debut as a couple.
In December 2018, Heidi and Tom got engaged after the Tokio Hotel member popped the big question.
The two formally tied the knot in a private ceremony in February 2019, and later that year, on August 3, the stars held a larger wedding ceremony on a spacious yacht in Capri.
