Helen Flanagan has revealed she still co-sleeps with all three of her children as she shared footage of her chaotic bedtime routine on Tuesday.
The former Coronation Street star, 33, shares Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, with her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair, who she split from last year after 13 years together.
In a post on Instagram, Helen gave her one million followers a glimpse into her daily life as she tried to put the kids to bed.
While Helen lay comfortably under the covers, Charlie still had plenty of energy as he turned the bedside light on and off and jumped around the bed.
The TV personality said: “I co-sleep with all my children. ‘No wonder my back is so bad!’

Speaking to the camera, Helen added: “I’m trying to fall asleep. ‘That’s how I fall asleep!’
She pointed the camera at each of her children in turn and continued, “I have this, I have this and I have this!” All of them. All of them!’
Helen has previously confessed that she has slept in the same bed since her children were born.
Last year she posted on Instagram: “I’ve always slept with the kids just out of convenience and basically just so I can sleep and just function in the morning.”
TV star Helen has also admitted she has been trying to change the children’s bedtime routine.
She explained, “I fell asleep with the kids last night.” So Delilah does this thing where she can’t fall asleep without me, has no chance, she’ll just scream and scream and scream.
“I talked to Scott’s mom and I think we’ll get her into a different routine.” Gosh, she’s almost five, but honestly, she won’t go to sleep without me. She literally has to sleep right there (next to her face).
“I usually pretend to go to sleep and then when she’s asleep I sneak out of the room. Anyway, I didn’t, I fell asleep and I fell asleep with my contacts on. Great!

“But I also need my own time as an adult, even if it’s just watching something I want to watch or talking to my friends.” I just need that switch.
“I would say I was well rested but my eyeballs were sore and we were up early this morning.”‘
Helen also revealed that she is “co-parenting” with Scott, who lives with his mother in Bristol while she lives in Manchester with the children.
It came after Helen suffered “mother-shaming” after sharing sweet photos of herself and her youngest, two-year-old Charlie, as she revealed he threw “insane tantrums”.
Helen, 32, shared a series of photos while giving Charlie kisses and joked in the caption that she was “trying to take photos with my two year old.”
The post was soon flooded with comments, including some criticizing Helen’s parenting and asking: “Why do you keep asking your kids for kiss after kiss… like it’s not normal and the way you talk to them is like Would you talk to puppies.”
Mother’s life: Helen Flanagan was shamed by her mother for her latest Instagram post about her baby son Charlie, two, and his “unusual tantrums”.

“You need to act like your mother…they need tough love and disappointment.” [sic]’ the commentator continued.
Another asked: “Have you ever thought that they don’t want photos and kisses all the time?” I’ve never known anyone who asks their children for one kiss after another???’
Helen’s fans rushed to defend her against her mother’s shameful comments, with one pointing out: “Damn I ask them for kisses a lot when they’re little because they’re a teenager soon enough and you get nothing.”
“That’s a parenting style and it’s totally fine,” another agreed.
“They are only little once, not all kids need tough love,” read another supportive comment.
