She then showed off her slender needles as she posed with one leg up in the bath and blew the camera a kiss.
Earlier this month she revealed she had breast surgery and admitted she was “really nervous” to share the news but felt she needed the surgery as her breasts were “getting really saggy”.

While still recovering, Helen – who split from footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair in October – claimed she went under the knife to “feel more confident”.
She also explained how her decision was influenced by the reduction in her bust size from an E cup to “no B cup bra” caused by breastfeeding her three children, Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, 17 months .
While holding back on displaying the results, the newly singles star said in the vlog, “Hi, so I wanted to stop by here. I’m really really nervous to share this, but I’ve had a breast reduction.
“I had it done on Thursday. Yes, so I’m in recovery right now. I was really nervous about sharing this because you always get some not very nice comments or whatever.
“But yeah it’s just something I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I was really nervous to share this. Obviously, I’m very pro-body confidence and very pro-supporting other women, but supporting women in whatever choices they choose to make.
“I think if something really bothers you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.

Helen confessed that she decided to have the surgery after becoming a mother to Delilah, but waited until she welcomed Charlie as she wanted to have another baby.

She said: “I never thought I would have a breast job. I’ve always been… I’ve always been really busty, I never thought I’d be someone who needed a boob job.
“Basically, my breasts have changed so much through pregnancy and breastfeeding. And here it’s really difficult because I’ve loved all my breastfeeding journeys. I am a big supporter of breastfeeding.
“I think it’s an amazing experience that you can have your children and I would do it all over again. But all in all I probably breastfed for about… I would say about three years.
“So Matilda was eight months old and I got my babies all kind of close together. Delilah was 13 months. And yes, Charlie was 14 months. So it’s all about three years of breastfeeding.
“I think it’s because I was pretty big and busty before. There’s no other nice way, I keep trying to think of a nicer way to say it. But the reason… they just sagged.
“There’s no nicer way to say it but they just went really limp and I can’t think of a better way to put it and it just took a toll on my confidence.
“When I first had Matilda my boobs were fine. In fact, they’ve gotten smaller, which I really liked. I think my frame changes when I have kids. I’ve always been slim and small, but I’ve lost quite a bit of weight because I have kids.
