The presenter, who has been working hard training for Strictly Come Dancing following her split from husband Richie Myler, shared the snap along with a caption, which reminds working parents that their kids are “still proud of them”.
Helen split from husband Richie in April, just weeks after giving birth to their third child, and the rugby star is now expecting a baby with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.

Helen shared a picture of seven-year-old Ernie’s work asking him to name his favorite author and book.
In addition to writing her name, Ernie said Helen’s books Wild Girl and Amy Wild are his favorite books she’s written.
The first book is a guide to outdoor fun and the second is a fictional book written by Helen about an adventurous girl.
When asked to share three facts about Helen, Ernie sweetly wrote, “She’s brave, she’s my mom, she’s been around the world.”
