Helen shares Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and 11-month-old Elsie with ex Richie Myler, who she split from in April.

She split from the rugby player just weeks after giving birth to their third child and the rugby star is now expecting a baby with his new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
And Helen proved the festive season was all about her children as she posed with her little ones during a visit to Santa’s Grotto.
The Countryfile presenter was seen in a black padded coat as she bent down to smile at baby Elsie, who was perched on her brother’s knee.
A second snap saw the star hold her daughter in her arms as they posed in front of a stunningly lit spruce tree with an arch carved into it.

It comes after Helen shared another sweet snap of her three children having festive fun ahead of Christmas.
They posed in their cosiest outfits in front of a colorfully decorated Christmas tree.

It comes after Helen, who is going through a tough time after splitting from her husband of eight years Richie earlier this year, revealed the atmosphere at the live finale would see her through “all the dark days”.
Helen appeared on Lorraine hosted by Ranvir Singh on Monday morning and spoke about her experience on the show.
The mother-of-three touched on her heartbreak on the show, admitting she “just wanted to make my kids proud”.

“See, I just wanted to make my kids proud. So we didn’t quite bring that trophy home, but we did create memories that would last a lifetime,” she explained.
The presenter added that winning “would have been the perfect way to say thank you” for the good that Strictly has done for her emotionally.
“If I could bottle this atmosphere from Saturday, it would get me through all the dark days. It was just the best feeling. It just shows what happens when you surround yourself with good people,” she told Ranvir.

Helen, Fleur East and Mollie Rainford all lost to Hamza and his partner Jowita Przystal in the final.
And Helen sweetly gushed about her dance partner Gorka Marquez, saying she was “so grateful” to him.
“I’m so grateful to this man, he’s a credit to this show and a credit to his family. This show pushes all buttons. It’s so emotional,” she said.
Adding: “He never made me say things I didn’t want to. He never got me to pull the thread that would have unraveled me.’
