Henri Castelli has lasting consequences due to aggression, reveals new expertise

Almost three years after Henri Castelli was attacked in a restaurant in Barra de São Miguel, Alagoas, a new expert confirmed that the actor suffered permanent injuries. The document was published this Wednesday (1st) by UOL and is part of the lawsuit that Castelli files against businessmen Guilherme Accioly and Bernardo Malta.

According to the report by the expert Basílio de Almeida Milani, the artist suffers from a loss of skin sensitivity, the socalled paresthesia. The disease is on the right side of the face, between the mouth and chin, where the blow occurred. “Paraesthesia that has existed for around three years should be permanent and there is currently no indicated treatment that has a definitely favorable prognosis,” explains the specialist.

According to Milani, the actor’s jaws are not exactly the same, but the difference is acceptable. “It is not an asymmetry that is abnormal or so pronounced that it could be described as a deformity,” he emphasized. However, he stressed that a definitive assessment was not possible as there were no tests on Henri before the trauma. “Unfortunately, the report does not make it possible to assess based on scientific findings whether the plaintiff [Castelli] “After the treatment, the shape of his jaw was exactly the same as before,” he explained.

The actor stated that he feels a persistent feeling of deformation and continues to experience pain in the jaw area, especially on days with lower temperatures. That’s why he often covers part of his face with his hands.

The Alagoas Civil Police charged businessmen Guilherme Accioly and Bernardo Malta with assault in January 2021. However, the case has not yet been adjudicated. Accioly’s defense accuses Castelli of causing the trouble because he was “changed and filled with unnecessary courage.”

The reason for the fight would be professional problems. The lawyer says the actor went to Malta “to obtain gratification and confront him through physical contact”. Guilherme, in turn, reported that he received a blow in the face from the artist when he tried to separate the two and “instinctively” returned the blow. Accioly also described Castelli’s narration as “strange” and that he “turns the whole situation around.” Make note of the entire case by clicking here.
