Diane and Yves have been in a relationship for 7 months and both have had long romantic relationships before (12 years for Diane and 25 years for Yves). They signed up for the show mainly because of sexual frequency issues, with Yves attempting to up the frequency. Louise Sigouin quickly raised the issue to help the couple, noting that they disagreed on their current frequency. Confusion ran high for the relationship support expert.
In summary, this is what happened:
Diane pointed out that they had sex four times a week and Yves, for his part, said it was “more like half”, meaning twice.

Louise Sigouin asked the couple their sexual frequency several times, but she never got a straight answer. Diane smiled and said it happened no less than four times a week, but Yves coyly argued it wasn’t true, making the moment even more awkward. Finally, Yves replied that their frequency was twice a week.

When his answer surprised his wife and made her spontaneously say “eh!”, Yves had to add fuel to the fire.

Louise asked the couple to keep a schedule of their sexual encounters as they clearly disagree on how frequent they should be. Diane agreed, while Yves claimed he already had one, prompting a surprise reaction from Diane, but also from Émily Bégin and Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge.

In the episode airing this Thursday night, Yves said that making love is a way for him to show his partner how he feels, and not just to do so. Louise Sigouin therefore suggested the couple find other ways for Yves to demonstrate his love for Diane by practicing an exercise along these lines.
“Movement is a sensual massage. Not sexually, Yves,” Louise offered, laughing.

The goal is blindfolded to avoid the genital areas by “guiding the caresses” and saying what they feel by focusing on what is going on in their body.
In other words, the massage aims to maximize pleasure without ending in sexuality.
An ordinary ending that Diane seems to like less.
The fact that this task seems impossible to accomplish should have struck the spectators from the 63-year-old’s facial expression. It will be necessary to wait for next Monday’s episode to know the continuation of things.
Will Yves manage his testosterone by putting words to his feelings, or is this sensual massage just fuel poured on the fire?
