Jason Oppenheim, president of the Oppenheim Group and star of “Selling Sunset” and “Selling the OC,” talks to Fox News Digital about California's real estate tax, slowing development and filming the next season.

Nicolas Puech, the 80-year-old heir to French luxury brand Hermès, is reportedly planning to distribute his fortune to his 51-year-old gardener, whom he also plans to legally adopt.

According to the Swiss publication Tribune de Genève, quoted by the New York Post, the heir to the luxury brand plans to pass on his fortune to his “former gardener and craftsman” from a “humble Moroccan family.”

Puech, who has reportedly already begun the adoption process with the gardener, hopes to pass on billions of dollars of the Hermès fortune since he is unmarried and has no children of his own.

Puech, the fifth-generation descendant of Thierry Hermès, will pass on billions of dollars of the Hermès fortune, currently valued at over $220 billion.
