After dating Ariana Grande, Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber, and Phoebe Dynevor, Kim Kardashian defended her then-boyfriend Pete Davidson’s reputation for only dating “hot girls,” while calling him “the cutest.”
The couple first met when 41-year-old Kim was hosting Saturday Night Live last October and began dating a month later before ending their relationship in August 2022 after almost a year.
During the third episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians (filmed in late February 2022), Pete was still not spotted on camera, though Kim defended her then-husband while shopping for him ahead of the Prada fashion show in Milan.

Kim was seen stepping out in a black leather look to shop while being mobbed by fans before leaving.
“The Prada show is tomorrow and of course Kendall can’t come out yet, but I’ll do some shopping because there’s no better place to shop than abroad, especially in Italy,” she confesses.
Followed by a slew of fans and photographers, Kim and Tracy enter a fancy store looking for gifts for her family.

She finds a New York Yankees trucker hat that she wants to buy for her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
“Pete has the best heart. I think people have this idea of him dating and liking all these hot girls, he does, but he’s just the sweetest and most thoughtful person,” Kim says in the confession.
She decides to get Pete the Yankees cap, adding in the confession, “I’m here in Milan thinking of him, so I just want to take home a small thoughtful gift.”

Tracy tells her that SNL told her they were submitting the episode that Kim hosted for Emmys, to which Kim is pleased.
Tracy asks how great it would be if she got an Emmy nomination, but Kim says she wouldn’t get one, just SNL.
“You would win, win,” Tracy confirms, adding that if she were nominated for an Emmy, she could submit Kim for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Tracy says they should just start planning her outfit now and “speak out” that she’s getting an Emmy nomination.
“That would be crazy,” Kim says before heading back to her hotel after her shopping spree while being followed by photographers.
The first episode of The Kardashians season 2 was filmed in August 2022, the same month that Kim and Pete broke up, before the second episode stretched back to February 2022.
It remains to be seen whether or not Pete will be shown on the series before they part ways for good.
