The Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah reported that this Thursday (16) it launched a total of eight attacks against various military targets in northern Israel, some of which were carried out simultaneously as part of the intense crossfire between the two sides.
According to a number of statements from the armed movement, terrorists attacked six Israeli military posts and barracks, as well as two groups of soldiers meeting near positions in the northern areas of the Jewish state.
According to the notes, two of these actions were launched simultaneously at 12:15 p.m. (local time), and two more occurred again at 2:25 p.m.
The terrorist group claimed to have fired a guided missile against the Jal al Alam base this afternoon, but the day’s other attacks said only that they were carried out with “appropriate weapons”, without specifying which ones.
Since October 8, Hezbollah and Israeli forces have been involved in intense crossborder attacks on the LebanonIsrael border, leaving dozens dead, more than 300 injured and nearly 26,000 internally displaced on the Lebanese side alone.
