The text identifies the strategies that Iberoamerican countries have promoted to make their cooperation more dynamic and adapt to a pandemic situation, which can also serve as a response tool to other phenomena such as climate change, biodiversity loss or growth food insecurity.
The data reflects a significant increase in healthcare collaboration, accounting for 25.8 percent of exchanges, an 8.5-point increase from the 17.3 percent recorded in 2018.
