A hilarious video captured the moment a tourist suffered a nasty shock after standing too close to a King’s Guard horse on a day out in London.
The clip, posted to Facebook on Christmas Day, shows two tourists posing for a photo with the black steed at Horse Guards Parade, near St James’s Park.
At first the horse appears calm and the Warden maintains a typically serene gaze at the popular tourist attraction and Squad of Color location.
The two tourists embrace while posing for the camera with a cheesy grin next to the royal mount.

The horse suddenly noticed the couple standing nearby and quickly lowered its head to quickly bite the unsuspecting man
But suddenly the horse notices the couple standing nearby and quickly lowers its head to give the unsuspecting man a quick sip.
The cheeky beast manages to bite the man’s black down jacket for a split second before screaming and jumping away in terror.
The watching crowd erupts in laughter, and even the warden, famous for his deadpan expression, can’t help but grin before returning to his usual duties.
The King’s Life Guard is led by soldiers from the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment at Horse Guards.
Since the restoration of King Charles II in 1660, troops of the king’s bodyguard have been stationed here.
The Household Cavalry, the ‘Guardians of the Monarch’, is an amalgamation of the two oldest regiments in the British Army: The Life Guards and The Blues & Royals.
