Swank kept her glam delicate and fresh, enhancing her stunning features with just a touch of light eyeshadow, blush, and gloss.
The Boyd Don't Cry star accessorized her glamorous look with KWIAT diamond stud earrings and an antique ruby and diamond navette cluster ring from Fred Leighton.
Her husband, on the other hand, looked handsome in a gray suit with a black tie and a white button-up shirt.
Swank welcomed her twins with the entrepreneur in early April 2023.
The actress shared the names of her fraternal twins for the first time last week when she posted a rare snap of them.
The little ones both wore white hats and adorable onesies as they sat on the beach with their names written in the sand.
“I have a busy week of talk shows ahead of me, where I'll be talking about my new film and a fun partnership, but I figured what better day to share with you all first,” Swank said on the show, captioned.
She and Philip were formed by two mutual friends in 2016 and quietly tied the knot in 2018.
