Several French media are reporting that a 36-year-old French woman has been arrested for allegedly ripping off part of her husband’s penis and part of his ear during a domestic dispute.
The incident happened in Toulouse on Monday night.
The “visibly drunk” couple are said to have had a falling out over the 45-year-old man’s adultery.
During the argument, the woman is said to have grabbed her partner’s penis in such a way that part of the skin, including the foreskin, was torn off. Authorities don’t know if a sharp object was used or if the gesture was made with bare hands.
The 30-year-old is said to have torn off a piece of her husband’s ear.
When police arrived, the man was conscious but very unwell. He was taken to the hospital to be evaluated and treated for his injuries.
The woman was taken into custody and questioned by police. Her husband was also arrested when he left the hospital on suspicion of domestic violence.
