The incident happened around 2:30 p.m. at the Costco gas station on Rue de la Concorde. The victim in this case was caught in the rear-view mirror of the suspect’s vehicle as it was refueling.

Although he was not taken back to the hospital at the time of the events, the man suffered from significant health problems afterwards, the Lévis City Police Department (SPVL) said.

“The information gathered leads us to assume that the motorist left the scene of the accident, knowing that he had hit the pedestrian,” said Véronique Blouin, a police spokeswoman.

The vehicle you are looking for is a white Ford F-150 or F-350 pickup truck fitted with a white fiberglass box. The suspect is a man in his 60s with graying hair and silver or gold-rimmed glasses.
