A young Blainville driver who allegedly hit and then left a 28-year-old pedestrian early Friday is accused of driving under the influence.
Carlos Enrique Batres Ceballos, 23, appeared at the Montreal courthouse on Friday.
He faces four charges, including dangerous driving causing bodily harm, driving with a blood alcohol level of at least the legal limit and hit-and-run.
