Oksana Baulina, a Russian journalist killed in a bombing in Kyiv, is dead. He worked in Ukraine for The Insider, filming the destruction of the Podolsk district. Oksana, who previously worked with Navalny, was with two people who “were injured while another civilian close to her died,” the same reports The Insider.
