To learn more about the players, coaches and staff who will compete in the 2023 World Junior Hockey Championship, Hockey Canada will be combing through their backgrounds.

The TSN network reported Thursday that all of these beautiful people had to fill out four-page forms to report to the association any trace of a criminal record or disciplinary action against them. All persons over the age of 19 must declare a criminal record in their name.
The activities of the team members in the social networks will also be the subject of in-depth research. A third party will take care of this research.
This is the first time Hockey Canada has made such a move, which will continue to operate in this manner at future events attended by the country’s representatives, both men and women.
The organization has changed its modus operandi significantly since revealing a story of gang rape alleged by Canada junior ice hockey players in London in 2018.
The World Junior Championships will be held in Moncton and Halifax from December 26th to January 5th. The Maple Leaf is holding its training camp December 9-12 in Moncton.
