The decline of politics began from the Sejm (lower house of Parliament), and reconstruction must begin from the Sejm,” said Szymon Hołownia, new President of the Lower House of the Polish Parliament.

The coalition led by Donald Tusk has a quorum. However, the president Andrzej Duda, elected with the support of Law and Justice, has appointed Mateusz Morawiecki, the last head of the executive branch, to form a government. Morawiecki told parliament he wanted to put an end to “political differences”.and asked for their support, but the parliamentary majority is looking for change.
