Homes that sold for around $1 million

Each week, our survey of recent home sales in New York City and the greater area focuses on homes that have sold around a certain price, allowing you to compare single-family homes, condos, and coops in different locations.

The “list price” is the asking price when the property was last listed on the market by the agent. The time on the market is measured from the last listing to the closing date of the sale.
