Disturbing security footage shows the moment a Las Vegas A kindergarten worker breaks a two-year-old boy’s leg while handling the child while the other terrified young children watch.

Elicia Miller, 32, was accused of abusing children over a May brawl at the Creme de la Creme kindergarten, in which she picked up an unidentified child and knocked him to the ground, fighting him until his leg snapped.

However, Miller will not be jailed for the incident after pleading guilty to attempting to abuse children in June, resulting in only probation, 50 hours of community service and an anger management class.

Now the child’s parents, who have chosen to remain anonymous in the wake of the media coverage of the incident, are suing the childcare and kindergarten staff for negligence and abuse.

“They know what the pain looks and sounds like, and he was in pain,” the child’s father told a local newspaper. CLASSreferring to footage taken by a security camera at a Las Vegas kindergarten.

“I’ve never heard him cry like that,” he said, adding that the little boy was struggling after the collision with surgery, had to learn again how to walk, PTSD and behavioral changes.

“He will scream in the field that will break your heart,” said the child’s mother.

The child also has difficulty speaking after the incident, the parents revealed in a sitting interview about the outcome.

The footage shows Miller seemingly exhausted forcibly snatching the child from the kindergarten floor before carrying him across the room and pushing him to the floor, where she continues to fight him.

The footage, first received by KLAS this week, was released from the network on Wednesday night, despite efforts by the Creme de la Creme legal team, which filed an urgent lawsuit to prevent it from being published hours earlier.

However, the request filed in the court of Las Vegas was rejected.

The footage shows a seemingly upset Miller forcibly snatching the child from the kindergarten floor and carrying him across the room, his limp body hanging side by side as she holds him under his arms.

The employee then pushed the child to the floor behind furniture, obscuring the view of the quarrel camera, where she appears to be fighting the tormented child.

The video at the moment shows seven other young children in kindergarten reacting to the situation in obvious suffering.

Hours later, the boy’s father arrived at the restaurant to pick up the child, finding him insane and screaming in pain. He told KLAS that Miller told her about a physical meeting between her and his son and apologized as he put his son in his car.

“She liked it very much, she apologized. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” as she passed, as I loaded him, “he told the outlet.

“And I just waved it off like, you know, like, I need it – I have to go. I have to take care of him.

Shortly afterwards, he and his wife learned that their son’s leg was broken. The family provided an X-ray of the network.

The parents’ lawyer, Adam Ellis, said the kindergarten had failed to cope with what had been going on since the beginning.
