Host Johane Despins will be leaving The Grocery Store at the end of the season

Johane Despins, co-host of the magazine The grocery store since 2007, will leave the show's management at the end of the season.

“I want to throw myself into the void, I feel dizzy! But I am proud to have contributed to the success of this show, which is still relevant after 22 years and, I am convinced, will remain relevant for a long time,” explained the presenter, who made her debut alongside Denis Gagné Show was almost 17 years ago. She then succeeded Marie-Josée Taillefer.

Johane Despins first became known as a culture columnist for Salut bonjour. She then moved to Radio-Canada, where she hosted the show De bouche à bouche and co-hosted the daily talk show La pite aux lionnes from 2005 to 2008.

On the radio we could hear him on various shows, including Yé trop de bonneheure with Normand Brathwaite on CKOI and C'est bien Meilleur le matin on Radio-Canada.
