Pete Davidson has had quite a flash of army candy since the beginning of his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
The transformation had been on full display in recent days as Pete, 28, swapped his sleazy stoner look for spray tan, designer suits and even a pair of sunglasses at night.
Fans couldn’t help but take note of Pete’s brilliant tan at the Met Gala earlier this week, and the comic revealed that he actually got his first-ever tan during his set on Netflix’s Is A Joke last weekend.

“Do you want to know something really funny? That’s the strangest sentence I’ve ever said. I couldn’t make up for that because I got a spray tan,” he said.
“Which I think is the strangest thing I’ve ever said. I’ve never gotten a spray tan, I asked my boy if I should do my cock and ass? As if I don’t know what to do.
‘Can I get one like one of those damn Speedos like Borat? I had no idea. My boy was, let me tell you, so impressive.’
Pete has certainly put more effort into his looks these past few days.

While Pete Kim rocked the Met Gala in her Marilyn Monroe gown, there was no denying the freshly tanned comic looked good.
Wearing black sunglasses and a Dior suit, Pete was a far cry from the funky outfit he wore to the gala a year earlier and before his romance with Kim began.
Pete also looked pretty dapper at the White House Correspondents Dinner with Kim.
Once again in sunglasses on the red carpet, Pete looked sharp in a Prada suit and Vans sneakers.

For someone who once revealed that he thought Adam Sandler was a “fashion icon,” this is certainly quite an upgrade.
“I took pretty much everything Adam Sandler wore and tried to do that because he’s my favorite fashion icon,” Pete told PopSugar in 2019.
“When you look at a photo of Sandler on set or when he’s in his regular clothes, he’s just about the coolest, most confident, most comfortable person you will ever see. I’ve been trying to adapt that kind of style now.’
Pete often wears a funky mix of brightly colored sweatshirts, baseball caps, and sneakers. Graphic t-shirts are also among his favorite clothing items.

Pete compared his crazy fashion sense to his childhood wardrobe during a 2018 interview with GQ.
“I dress like I dressed when I was about 10,” he told the website. “I thought, ‘What would be cool? Purple pants.”
That same year, Vanity Fair labeled his style “Scrumbro Lite” in a synopsis that also branded Jonah Hill and Shia LaBeouf as other Scrumbros.
“The bastard wears Patagonia and Crocs, but also the latest Adidas Limited Drop. He probably played football in high school but left the team as a sophomore because he was “busy,” and by busy he means skating,” the article explained.
Interestingly, Kim’s style changed when she started dating her now ex-husband, Kanye West, who greatly influenced her fashion choices at the time.
Pete’s style recently caught the eye of H&M, who named him the newest face of their men’s collection.
“Pete encapsulates everything H&M loves about the new menswear vibe with his confidence and play with personal style.
