Russia’s invasion of Ukraine continues unabated. The country of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy woke up today under a hail of attacks: over 120 missiles in different regions and power outages in many cities (40% of Kyiv residents were without electricity). Nevertheless, the resistance continues and is documented by the Twitter channel @TpyxaNews English.
The short film shows a successful attack by Ukrainian soldiers during a night operation in the Donbass region, which the Russian Federation annexed in a mock referendum at the end of September. A handful of Russian soldiers repositioned themselves under cover of darkness, but thanks to infrared sights equipped with the 92nd Brigade, troops in Kyiv were able to spot them and counterattack. A grenade battery was launched, leaving no escape for the occupants.

There is a new setback on the negotiating front. In an interview with RIA Novosti, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov once again raised his voice: “By proposing ideas and all kinds of peace formulas, President Zelenskyy is cultivating the illusion that, with the help of the West, we can achieve the withdrawal of our troops from Russian territory in the Donbass, on the Crimea, in Zaporizhia and in the Kherson region, the payment of reparations by Russia, the admission of “guilty in international courts” and the like. It is clear that Kyiv is not ready for dialogue. We will not speak to anyone in this form.”
