Chinese companies sent $250,000 to Joe Biden’s private home in 2019, according to shocking financial documents submitted to Congress.
The payments were made in two wire transfers to Hunter Biden, who listed his father’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, as his own address.
The revelation marked a stunning escalation in the investigation into whether Joe Biden benefited from Hunter’s business dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine.
The first hearing in an impeachment inquiry against the president will take place on Thursday.
Joe Biden’s home in Delaware was listed as a receiving address in two wire transfers Hunter Biden received from China, a senior Republican said after obtaining bank records. Hunter can be seen in front of the house in his father’s Corvette
James Comer, chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, obtained bank records through a subpoena showing that Hunter received payments from Beijing in 2019 while his father was a private citizen.
The records indicate that Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, “1209 Barley Mill Rd,” was the beneficiary’s address.
Hunter is believed to have lived there for two years following his divorce from his first wife Kathleen Buhle in 2017.
The first transfer of $100,000 came on July 26, 2019 from Ms. Wang Xin, listed on the website of Beijing private equity firm BHR Partners.
The second was allegedly from Chinese national Hunter Jonathan Li, who allegedly made threats via WhatsApp while Joe was in the room.
“I’m sitting here waiting for the call with my dad,” Hunter told Li in messages revealed by an IRS whistleblower.
Republicans released the latest evidence from the investigation just two days before Republicans hold their first hearing on an impeachment inquiry against Biden on Thursday.
The party has presented evidence that $24 million flowed to the Biden family from foreign companies between 2014 and 2019.
Comer, who is investigating the Biden family and its foreign dealings, subpoenaed financial records from a specific bank account linked to Hunter.
BHR Partners is backed by Bank of China Limited and was a joint venture between Hunter Biden’s firm Rosemont Seneca and investment firm Bohai Capital.
“Bank records don’t lie, but President Joe Biden lies,” Comer said Tuesday night.
“In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family had never received any money from China. We proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two messages originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington as the receiving address when he was running for President of the United States.
“When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and drank coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing and later wrote a college recommendation letter for his children.”
“Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security.” What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing? Americans demand and deserve accountability for the corruption of President Biden and the First Family.
“The Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary Committee and the Ways and Means Committee, will continue to monitor evidence and funds to ensure transparency and accountability.”

The White House responded to the latest claims by saying it was a ploy to distract from the looming government shutdown.
Ian Sams, Biden’s spokesman for oversight and investigations, said: “Comer and (Republican Rep.) Jim Jordan should explain to military members living in Kentucky and Ohio who continue to do their jobs without paychecks why they are wasting their time on attacks.” President Biden is debunking conspiracies rather than trying to avoid the disastrous consequences of the Republican government shutdown in the House of Representatives.
“This is exactly the kind of extreme, partisan politics that the American people are tired of.”
