If you look closely at the August 28, 2021 photo taken by his spy camera, it wasn’t one, two or three bucks that came to eat his apples, but actually five at a time.

2. Anthony Joyal, 21, from Saint-David, got quite a surprise at outfitter Lac Cypres on his last hunting trip in Baie-Comeau. After just two phone calls, this handsome buck with 33″ antlers went to see this young racing enthusiast. “He wasn’t big in his panties,” explains his father, Éric Joyal, with a grin.

5. Pierre Albert de Gatineau will forever remember that big dollar for three reasons. The first is obviously the impressive size of his headdress. The second is that he foiled it on the land of his best friend Michel Lepage, who sadly passed away a month later. The third is his father Richard, 87, who naturalized him.

6. The least that can be said Jocelyn Hogue, is that he is an excellent long-range shooter. He saw this behemoth 280 meters away on a plain on the island of Anticosti. When he tried to approach it, he ran away and stopped at the edge of the forest. Equipped with a shooting stick and a range finder, he anticipated the ballistic fall and intercepted it at 513 yards. Congratulations!

7. I love this photo of Pierre Lefrançois, from Laval. Respecting local directives aimed at giving immature males a chance, this posh guy had fun observing and photographing this 5 point that came within range through the telescope of his black powder gun. He continued on his way and will return later with a larger plume.
