However, the medicine also has side effects: headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal pain are very common. Another big disadvantage: to maintain the effect, the medicine must be taken constantly. After a year of use, the weight can only be maintained, but further success in weight loss can no longer be expected.
