The fearless Philadelphia mother who stared down an armed biker who stomped on her car and smashed her back window is speaking out about the incident.
The incident happened on Sunday evening in front of the town hall. A video shot by a tourist shows the biker hitting Nikki Bullock’s car and eventually stomping on it, shattering the back window.
Bullock told NBC Philadelphia that she and her partner’s children, 5 and 2, delivered food for Uber Eats. “I just wanted to protect my kids,” Bullock said after the horrific encounter in which no one was seriously injured.
After their initial interaction, the biker then pointed a gun at 23-year-old Bullock.
“It was a small gun and by that point my windshield was already broken. So what should he really do to me?” she added.

Bullock said the argument started when she changed lanes in front of the crowd of bikers. “They don’t pay attention to lanes.” They just do whatever. “So I turn into the lane and he just hits the side of the car,” she said.
The couple exchanged words about the biker starting to attack their car, prompting them to get out of the car and confront him head-on.
“He jumped here with two feet.” He stepped down with his first foot. Didn’t work, so he was like… and went through with it.’ In the video, the biker falls while jumping through the windshield.
As he gets out of the car, something that looks like a weapon falls out of his pocket. He picks it up when Bullock shows up. The pair exchanged more words as the biker backed away. He even headbutts her while wearing a helmet before pointing the gun at her.
Bullock stands his ground and even knocks the biker off his bike as he tries to flee the scene.
“I’m just grateful that my children are okay.” They don’t have a scratch. It was simply the fact that I had children in the car. “I just honestly wanted to protect her,” Bullock said.
In a separate interview with ABC Philadelphia: “[The children] It’s OK. Not a single scratch. I have a guardian angel. Thank God.’
Bullock previously told CBS Philadelphia that the children in the car cried during the altercation.
“The only thing that saved my kids from having a bunch of glass shattering on them is that my back window was tinted,” she told the partner.

The photographs were taken by George Coloney, who visited the so-called City of Brotherly Love from Florida.
“I just started shooting video of all the bikers, and next thing you know, this guy gets out and jumps on this lady’s car,” Coloney told NBC 10.
“If he goes that far, it just got so out of control that a lot of people could have died in an instant,” he said.
Philadelphia Police published photos appeared to show the suspect on Monday. It was reported that they have a person of interest in the incident.
“Justice will come to light and it’s just a matter of time,” Bullock told CBS Philadelphia. She also said that despite the public’s generosity, the repairs have already been paid for.
“Justice will come to light and it’s just a matter of time,” Bullock said.
“If this person is caught and I get the chance to prosecute him, we will take a very, very vigorous approach,” said District Attorney Larry Krasner.
In discussing the problems of dirt bikes and ATVs on city streets, Krasner said police are in a difficult situation because police cannot regularly conduct high-speed chases on city streets.
But prosecutors said the strategy to stop the widespread use of the vehicles was a matter of technology, including eavesdropping.
“This has to stop.” Anyone who rides these ATVs or motorcycles, and anyone who drifts, please know that we understand how dangerous this is. “We know how much your behavior puts other people at risk, and you have to pay a price for that,” Krasner said in a separate interview with ABC Philadelphia.
Crime continues to increase in almost all areas in the strongly democratic city
The thieves quickly seized iPhones, laptops, tablets and anything within reach on display stands, completing their looting in less than a minute
Shocking footage from the City of Brotherly Love showed fine wine and spirits destroyed in the latest flash robbery mob crime
It is the latest incident in a string of lawlessness to plague the city.
Last week, dozens of masked looters broke into an Apple Store and made off with iPhones and tablets as the city grapples with widespread crime.
Philadelphia police surveillance camera footage shows brazen thugs rampaging through the Apple Store on Walnut Street in the center of the city.
Masked thieves forced their way into the store and quickly confiscated iPhones, laptops, tablets and anything within reach on the display racks – completing their looting in less than a minute.
Most of the suspects appeared to be teenagers, including one who boldly walked out carrying a huge television monitor with no sense of urgency.
At least 52 people have been arrested so far, with at least 30 people charged with burglary, theft and other charges as of Saturday, but the number of suspects appears to be higher.
The flash mob-style raid last Tuesday night targeted dozens of stores, including Foot Locker, Lululemon and Apple.
The chaos in Philadelphia is reminiscent of similarly brazen thefts elsewhere, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area, where organized groups of thieves, some carrying crowbars and hammers, systematically targeted high-end stores.
