A woman has revealed the high-protein Chick-Fil-A combo she ate “religiously” to lose 30 pounds in four months.

Florida’s Madisen Dunning has shared her weight loss journey — including her favorite meals — on TikTok, where she uses the username @m_adisen.

In a recent video, the content creator shared her “favorite fast food meal” while taking an order at Chick-fil-A.

“You get an eight-way grilled nugget, a little macaroni cheese, [and] some buffalo gravy or your choice of sauce,” she explained.

Dunning treated himself to a Diet Dr. pepper and also asked for packets of salt and pepper and a large bowl of soup as a side.

“We’ll take everything and throw it in this bowl,” she continued.

She sprinkled salt and pepper over the chicken nuggets, macaroni, and cheese combo, then poured the sauce over it.

“Just put the lid on and shake. You have this delicious mix. “It’s so good,” she said before taking a bite. “Mmmm.”

“It’s high in protein.” [and] low in calories,” she added. “The whole thing with the gravy has 425 calories and 37 grams of protein.”

“I eat this regularly and it has helped me lose 30 pounds in four months.”

Dunning’s video inspired other people to share their own Chick-fil-A orders.

“Replace the kale salad with mac and cheese!!! It tastes so good with the buffalo sauce!’ one person insisted.

“When I was pregnant, I ate the Chick-fil-A salad almost every day and lost 30. I have to try this!!!” another added.

Dunning has explained in previous videos that she started intermittent fasting and eating in a calorie deficit last spring.

She eats all meals between 11am and 7pm and then fasts for the remaining 16 hours. She also focuses on high-protein, low-calorie foods and eats around 1,300 to 1,400 calories a day.

Dunning said she lost 20 pounds in the first two months and has now lost a total of 30 pounds, which she documented with before and after pictures.

“I’m feeling more comfortable sharing weigh numbers every day,” she wrote in a recent post.
