Iggy, who recently announced she had come out of “retirement” to write a fourth album, said she now feels “more passionate about design and creative direction” than writing music.
“It won’t come as a shock to many of you to read this.” This shows in my work. Haha! All joking aside, I spend a lot more time on that side of things… because that's where I'm most confident.”
“So I want to let you know that I will not be finishing my album,” she continued.

Iggy said production on the album stalled in recent months because she was “managing another project” and that she didn't feel the “urge” to get back to writing.
“I feel really happy and passionate in my daily life when I focus on it, and that's why I want to stick with what is undeniably best for me,” she said.
