I couldn’t believe that the man who had been next to me for twenty years, who always said he loved me, who swore he couldn’t live without me, had done something like that: I felt stupid, then I felt Disappointment. , disgust, a little anger: This is how Ilary Blasi tearfully recounts the end of her relationship with Francesco Totti in Unica – the Netflix documentary film produced by Banijay Italia, in which the presenter agrees to talk about the end of her love for the first time Story with the former Roma captain.
The central theme is Totti’s betrayal of Noemi Bocchi. The famous photos published by Dagospia, which immortalized the current new girlfriend a few rows behind him in the stadium, are the beginning of the abyss that will lead to the final separation.

So when Ilary goes to Verissimo to launch “Island of the Famous”, she has no doubts, she attacks everyone, she uses harsh words against the press and the media: He had assured me: You can say whatever you want , I have nothing to hide. And I went there like a kamikaze to bomb: to look at myself like an idiot.
Ilary’s first suspicions arise when Francesco Totti goes out to lunch with his youngest daughter and the little girl comes home with a bunch of new toys. He tells me that they are gifts and that he has met new friends. He tells me the names and at that moment I remember from the newspaper articles that this girl (Noemi, of course) had children. I started connecting the dots and called a few times to find out the kids’ names: everything fell into place. And I realize that this is all true.
Among the many backstories, he reveals one that is most disturbing when he dictates the terms of trusting her again: I must never see Alessia again, I must delete myself from social media and stop working.
Meanwhile the castle is collapsing, but Ilary wants to be sure: I wanted to see it with my own eyes and I wanted to have proof because Francesco would never have admitted it. On the evening of July 2nd he says he is having dinner. I managed to find the house where the girl lived, we arrived (she had been accompanied by a friend, Giorgia, Francesco’s cousin’s wife) and there was the car. I took a photo of the car but remained silent.
To dispel any doubts about her husband’s infidelity, she hires a private detective. But the investigator was caught, we’re back to the tragicomedy: so Francesco knows that I know. At this point I tell him: Come on, I know everything. It corners him, he admits, but talks about it like it was an easy relationship: he was good at talking nonsense. Ilary cannot accept it: it was a humiliation as a woman and as a mother.
The story between Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi ended with Rolexes and Chanel bags, but it began for love, not money: I defended Francesco against Spalletti and against Corona, I defended him because I always believed in my husband. A peaceful relationship for 20 years: never any major arguments, we had sex regularly, maybe even more than couples who have been together for a long time.
In the midst of this tearful confession, Unica concluded with a joke that revealed Ilary’s ironic soul: Would you take the coffee back? At this point I would even do something different.
