A man was seriously injured this weekend due to poor weather conditions while illegally crossing the U.S.-Manitoba border with three other men.
The Manitoba detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) was alerted by North Dakota Border Patrol officers to the group's passage near the Emerson border crossing around 7:15 a.m. Saturday morning, the North Dakota Border Patrol reported Tuesday. “Winnipeg Free Press.”
