Actor Ilya São Paulo died today in Rio de Janeiro at the age of 59. The information was confirmed by a close friend, actor Anselmo Vasconcelos.
Ilya was found at home by his wife, Claudia Provedel, who, according to his friend, was already dead. He was taken to Rio’s Miguel Couto Municipal Hospital for a shoulder injury. The information was published by the newspaper O Globo.
Anselmo Vasconcelos said goodbye to Ilya in a post on Facebook.
