I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! Star Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins reveals the shocking amount of weight he’s lost after just 14 days in the jungle
Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins was put to the test during his 14-day stint in the South African jungle before being voted out on Thursday.
Now the 35-year-old ‘I’m A Celebrity’ star has revealed that in the short time he has been in camp, he has lost a staggering amount of weight due to a lack of food.
He said he lost a shocking eight kilograms because he couldn’t keep up with the calorie intake his muscular body required, news.com.au reported on Friday.
‘Buddy, the first thing I did when I got out was strap on the feed bag and put about a kilo of shepherd’s pie in it. Then had a couple of beers and everything’s fine now,’ he said.
“If I’m not doing weights, I lose weight very quickly. The jungle weights aren’t that hard – plus they’re more about calorie survival.”

He went on to say he did his best to shave off the few calories he ate from rice, beans and oats by not overusing the gym equipment.
“You can actually feel it throughout the day, eating your muscles and eating your body. It’s not pretty,’ he added.

He was sent home after receiving the fewest votes from the public in a shocking twist.
“I’m really surprised Nick is leaving tonight. He was a real soldier in the trials and loved by his campmates,” one person tweeted.
“Nick was a really great person to watch in the jungle such a happy guy staying true to himself,” said another person.
A third commented: “The fact that Badger went ahead of Domenica [Calarco] Incomprehensible to me. I’ve lost faith in humanity.’
